There is no minimum order value. Every order, no matter the size, ships with a Certificate of Analysis and free shipment protection.

Orders can usually be changed or cancelled if they have not shipped yet. Because orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, reach out to our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Within the United States, standard delivery typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days and Express in 1 to 2 business days. We also ship to seven countries in Europe: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom; international transit times vary by destination and customs.

Every order is lyophilized (freeze-dried) and sealed in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. A Certificate of Analysis is included with every order.

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids. The compounds we sell are research-grade peptides intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary use.

Lyophilized means freeze-dried into a stable powder. Researchers reconstitute the powder with an appropriate solvent in the lab before use, following standard laboratory protocols.

Store the sealed, lyophilized vial at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2 to 8°C and use within about 4 weeks. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Each product page lists the available variants, such as vial size, along with the compound's specifications. Because all products are for laboratory research only, we do not provide dosing or usage instructions. The Certificate of Analysis documents the identity and purity of your specific batch.

A COA is the lab report for a batch. It documents the compound's identity, its measured purity percentage, the analytical method used (HPLC and mass spectrometry), and the testing facility. A COA is included with every order.

Every compound is synthesized to 99%+ identity purity and verified by independent third-party HPLC and mass-spectrometry analysis. We never self-certify. The exact purity for your batch is documented in its COA.

HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) measures purity by separating the compound from any impurities, and mass spectrometry confirms identity by measuring molecular mass. Together they verify that each batch matches its specification before it is released.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team and we'll make it right.

Every order includes free shipment protection. If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll reship at no cost.
